About this experience

Touring wineries and vineyards by bicycle is an unparalleled experience. The slow and relaxed pace of the bicycle makes us appreciate the landscape in another dimension; You can perceive the aromas of the earth, the heat of the sun, the fresh air, and of course the warmth of the residents of the area. We will travel quiet rural roads, dirt trails, among vineyards and olive trees, along canals and crystal clear water courses. We will learn about the ancient irrigation systems, used by our ancestors, and also about the modern ones that dose water to optimize its use. We will visit 3 wineries, and we will have lunch in the last one, in an exclusive restaurant. Afterwards, we will take you back to your accommodation The minimum number of people for this tour is 2

  • The snow-streaked summit of Aconcagua rising above a dry Andean valley

    Guide

Aconcagua, and what it takes to walk in

At 6,961 m it is the highest mountain outside Asia, and most people who see it do so from a car park on Ruta 7. The trek to Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas is the honest middle ground.

  • Route 7 running west out of Uspallata between bare Andean ridges

    Guide

The Alta Montaña road, Mendoza to the border

Route 7 west out of Mendoza climbs 3,000 metres to the Chilean border past Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca and the Aconcagua lookout. What to stop for, and what the day actually costs you.
