Private Driver in Mendoza | English-Speaking Local Guide

About this experience

Hi, I’m Alexander. I’m not a travel agency - I personally organize and handle every trip myself, with attention to each guest and their travel style.

I offer private transportation in Mendoza, focused on comfort, flexibility, and a smooth experience from start to finish. My Minivan Ford S-MAX Titanium is comfortable, spacious, and ideal for couples or groups for up to 4 passengers. It can fit up to 6 as well, though it becomes a bit tighter for longer rides.

I drive carefully, stay punctual, and keep communication simple and clear, no Spanish needed.

Beyond transportation, I’m always happy to help with winery recommendations, scenic mountain routes, hiking spots, and local activities to make your trip feel less touristy and more authentic.

Rates: Full day lujan/maipu (up to 8 hours) - USD 200 Full day in Valle de Uco (up to 10 hours) - USD 250

Fixed prices, detailed information and ready-made tours available on my website: Malbec Transfer

Things to do in Cuyo

Guide

  • The snow-streaked summit of Aconcagua rising above a dry Andean valley

    Guide

Aconcagua, and what it takes to walk in

At 6,961 m it is the highest mountain outside Asia, and most people who see it do so from a car park on Ruta 7. The trek to Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas is the honest middle ground.

  • Route 7 running west out of Uspallata between bare Andean ridges

    Guide

The Alta Montaña road, Mendoza to the border

Route 7 west out of Mendoza climbs 3,000 metres to the Chilean border past Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca and the Aconcagua lookout. What to stop for, and what the day actually costs you.
