Full Day with Lunch Santa Julia Winery By Familia ZUCCARDI

About this experience

What makes this experience unique is the combination between the wine tradition and the olive oil culture of the Zuccardi family. You will visit the Zuelo mill to learn about the elaboration of extra virgin olive oil and participate in a guided tasting. Then you will tour Bodega Santa Julia, discovering its history, its vineyards and the process of making its wines, ending with a tasting of selected labels. The experience is completed with a lunch where regional cuisine merges with the wines of the winery. To close the day, you will visit a second winery in the area (Villafañe or similar, subject to availability), enjoying a new tasting. An ideal proposal to live the flavors of Mendoza. .

Things to do in Cuyo

Guide

  • The snow-streaked summit of Aconcagua rising above a dry Andean valley

    Guide

Aconcagua, and what it takes to walk in

At 6,961 m it is the highest mountain outside Asia, and most people who see it do so from a car park on Ruta 7. The trek to Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas is the honest middle ground.

  • Route 7 running west out of Uspallata between bare Andean ridges

    Guide

The Alta Montaña road, Mendoza to the border

Route 7 west out of Mendoza climbs 3,000 metres to the Chilean border past Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca and the Aconcagua lookout. What to stop for, and what the day actually costs you.
