Complete Tour: Cacheuta Hot Springs Combo + Zip-lining + Rafting

About this experience

Prepare for an unforgettable day that brings together the best of the Mendocino mountains: high-impact adventure and absolute rest in a unique natural environment. The experience begins in the morning with the transfer from your hotel in Mendoza City to the precordillera. Upon arriving in Cacheuta, the day kicks off with an exciting 45-minute zip-lining circuit, where you will fly over stunning landscapes surrounded by hills and native vegetation. Then, you will have around 3 free hours to immerse yourself in the pools of the Cacheuta Thermal Park, relax in its warm waters, and contemplate the immensity of the Andes. The dose of pure adrenaline comes with rafting on the Mendoza River. After being equipped with a wetsuit, helmet, and vest, and receiving the safety briefing, you will embark on an unforgettable approximately 1-hour descent in the water, paddling as a team through the river rapids. A complete and perfectly balanced day to connect.

Things to do in Cuyo

Guide

  • The snow-streaked summit of Aconcagua rising above a dry Andean valley

    Guide

Aconcagua, and what it takes to walk in

At 6,961 m it is the highest mountain outside Asia, and most people who see it do so from a car park on Ruta 7. The trek to Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas is the honest middle ground.

  • Route 7 running west out of Uspallata between bare Andean ridges

    Guide

The Alta Montaña road, Mendoza to the border

Route 7 west out of Mendoza climbs 3,000 metres to the Chilean border past Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca and the Aconcagua lookout. What to stop for, and what the day actually costs you.
