Catena Zapata Experience and lunch in a Michelin Guide Restaurant

About this experience

Explore the extraordinary world of Mendoza wine with a private tour of two renowned wineries: Catena Zapata and Quimera Winery, the new winery by Achával-Ferrer. Quimera Bistro is recommended by the Michelin Guide.

The experience begins with a visit to the impressive Catena Zapata Winery, renowned for its architecture inspired by Mayan culture and for being one of Mendoza’s most iconic wineries. There, you will enjoy “Blending Games,” an interactive tasting experience where you can experiment with different grape varieties and create your own blend.

We will then head to Quimera Winery, the new winery by Achával-Ferrer, where you can discover a unique concept that combines the winery’s winemaking tradition with a more contemporary approach. The experience continues at Quimera Bistro, a modern and sophisticated restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide, where you will enjoy lunch paired with Achával-Ferrer wines.
